Bob Susman handles state and federal civil litigation, with a primary present focus on the defense of professional negligence claims and errors and omissions. Over his career, he has tried 25 cases to a jury verdict, and numerous bench trials. Bob has argued cases in the Missouri and Illinois Supreme Courts, and to the United States Courts of Appeal in the 7^th and 8^th Circuits. Bob has also participated in numerous arbitrations and mediations.

Bob is married, the father of two young women, and the grandfather of a little girl.   Whenever possible he follows baseball, has hiked in 15 national parks, and has visited 49 states (so far!)
